LABOUR RATES
Tradesman: $137.50 per hour
NB: Minimum 1 hour
Materials will be charged per item used.
Sundry items (such as sealants, fixings, short pieces of pipe etc) will incur a job amount of between $5.00 - $30.00
Service Fee
Our service includes the following:

Our normal work hours are between 7.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
General Booking: $55.00
Same Day Service: $110.00
After Hours Service: $220.00 (minimum 2 hours labour applies)
Public Holiday Service: $440.00 (minimum 2 hours labour applies)
Site Visits to quote: $55.00
Service fee charge for cancelled bookings: $55.00
Septic Inspections - $198.00

CERTIFICATION
Form 4's are charged at $88.00 per certificate.
Policy
Our labour charges apply from the time the tradesperson leaves previous site, until they leave your site, including the time taken to document your job.
If further than 15 mins travel to your property is applicable, charges for travel both ways will apply.
You will be charged for any parts and consumables used for your job, plus any applicable delivery fees. Most standard items are stocked in our vehicles. If we require to source parts specific to your job, you will be charged for the time taken to source these items.
Please note that we do not install customer-supplied products or materials, unless by specific previous arrangement with company management. In such instances, the Master Plumbers Guarantee will not apply.
Any defective products suppplied by the customer are the customers responsibility. If reattendance is required, normal charges will apply.
